BRAVO! is a fun, white-tablecloth casual eatery offering great Italian food under a Roman ruin decor.

The concept is positioned between the fine-dining and casual chains, with a menu emphasis on food that is fresh, made-to-order and made using authentic Italian cooking methods.

Our subtitle "Cucina Italiana" or "Italian Kitchen" is appropriate in that all of the cooking is done exhibition style — in full view of the guest.

We will order off the menu and receive separate checks with 18% gratuity included.  You can view the menu at http://www.bravoitalian.com.

A deposit of $5.oo per person holds your reservation.  Deadline for cancellation is Friday, June 13, 2008.  There will be no refund of deposits after the 13^th unless we can fill your spot.

To facilitate carpooling, a list of those who have signed up will be available on the New Villagers website in early June.  You will be responsible for your own carpooling arrangements.
