The role of the HOA/POA Liaison is to keep New Villagers abreast of activities of the Tellico Village Property Owners Association (POA) and the Home Owners Association (HOA) and to provide input to those organizations from a New Villager’s perspective. To accomplish that, the Liaison attends the POA’s monthly Board meetings, workshops and special meetings and is a voting member of the HOA Board.
