If you choose for a $10.00 fee you may try your hand at the
potters wheel……………..
THROW CLAY AND CREATE YOUR OWN MASTERPIECE!!!!!!
You will be amazed at being able to create your own bowl, vase, mug, planter, etc. And of course signing your pottery with your name before firing.
We will also enjoy a tour of The Old Mill Bakery with the wonderful aromas of breads, cakes, cookies, etc.
There is an "old time" Penny Candy Store included in the tour to savor delights from the past.
The Old Mill Pottery House also boasts a wonderful restaurant with home-style cooking and fresh breads, rolls and desserts from their bakery. Perhaps you may decide to have lunch here and delight in some of the items you saw being prepared. The cost for lunch is $14.00 and includes your choice of entree and beverage, tax and tip included.
**GO-CARTING IS NEARBY AND CAN BE ENJOYED BY THOSE WHO PREFER NOT TO ATTEND THE POTTERY/BAKERY TOUR………..
***Car-pooling is at your discretion. Otherwise, tour group and go-carters will meet at the
Old Mill Pottery House at 9:45 a.m.
